I can't find of of the sets that I recently purchased. If I have the receipt that I purchased it, will it allow me to download it again or do I have to purchase it again?

For some reason I'm not getting into the membership to get the new uploaded images. I forgot my password apparently and it's saying my email is not found. I purchased it last week and got the designs that were already there. Sorry I'm not really computer literate. :( my email is rmkkk5@yahoo.com Thanks Maranda
