Happy Turkey Day...
to those who celebrate Thanksgiving, Those who don't Happy Thursday it's almost Friday....YEAHHHhhhhhh.
Each year a different member of my wife's family is in charge of a family ornament that everyone sits down and makes after eating Thanksgiving dinner. This year it wasn't our turn but some how I ended up helping stuff fake snow into glass ornaments and white paint into others..And it's all for these. The samples I made are not the greatest.
Also, they Super Duper Mega Deal is in full swing, see yesterday's post, http://dustinpike.blogspot.com/2010/11/turkey-timefreebie-and-its-midnight-in.html But I also left out one little important bit of info...well actually 3...Everyone who buys the MEGA Deal will have their name entered into a drawing. 3 names will be drawn and they will win either a framed and signed 4 card set of Artist trading cards I have designed, one set will be my Alice cards I took to the State Fair...

OH yes...IF you buy the Secret Santa set for a friend PLEASE let me know if when I send it I am supposed to keep it a secret or if you have a special message for the recipient....

Turkey Time...Freebie and it's Midnight in Australia...

Originally I had the family help making these 30 plus turkeys...Towards the end the fun wore off and Dad ended up finishing the bunch.... Place settings for tomorrow's Dinner...

Only 2 days remain...
But for some people in Australia they keep emailing me and saying their midnight occurs before it does here in Utah, so technically I should start selling the set at 4 P.M. my time tomorrow.
All I know is, we got a storm that came from Seattle and dumped snow and blizzard like conditions...It's somewhere around 18 degrees outside right now...and I really hope it stops. The kids all have school off tomorrow and that means I have munchkins to watch, no more lounging on the couch eating cheeto's and watching my soaps. Yeah right like I have the time to do that...

Super Duper Deal Coming, Something lost is found...
So it's Saturday...That means only 5 days left to wait...In the meantime I found some friends that were lost until I was asked if they were to be included...
With 5 days left I have already started prepping the page, started cooking the turkey...Actually I think the turkey is done!

Working on other things, I have 2 books to finish, finishing a few Holiday honey do's, Think the Christmas tree might go up today/tomorrow...yes we are one of those families. Actaully there are a few people around the neighborhood that have their lights on and trees up. Thanksgiving is a good day with family, good food, and getting ready to shop friday morning...
